Calender causing page to be unresponsive after primefaces 8 upgrade

Hi all,
I have upgraded my current application from primefaces 6 to primefaces 8 and this resulted in the application becoming unresponsive in certain conditions.
There is a screen which involves the p:calendar and it has the corresponding mindate, maxdate and value. The current issue i am facing after primeface 8 upgrade is that if the value is outside the min and maxrange(lets say by default) then it causes the whole page to become unresponsive. No button seems to work and the calls to backing bean of the html file is also notgoing. If we change the date of calendar to a value within the range then it is resolved. This issue happened after the primefaces upgrade.

If anyone can share some leads on fixing this issue, it would be extremly helpful. Thanks in advance!!
