Didn't see the download but if you are using maven, you can add the primefaces repository to your pom file and change the version to 3.0-SNAPSHOT.

If you are not using maven, you can download it from here

What I usually do is go to the PrimeFaces website and then to the downloads section. If you look under the heading Nightly Builds you will see a link to Prime Technology Repository. From there it should be easy to find any build you are looking for.
