schedule and different display by date

Hello, I am using the schedule. I have a interrogation:
I am doing an application to take appointment. But the appointment depend of the day.
For example, monday, it is 8am-5pm and tuesday it is 8am - 12am.

Is it possible to display the day agenda and take the specificity of a day?
