Making autoSubmenuDisplay and clicking work together

I agree that allowing a user to click on a submenu label (without causing the menu to close) even if autoSubmenuDisplay is true would be a nice enhancement.
More generally, it would be nice if the menubar behaved exactly like Firefox's: the submenus don't display until you click and then once you've got one submenu open you can hover to open any other.

This change was made in 2.2.1 final. It is confusing to the user so I had to switch to autoSubmenDisplay="false" as well. The problem is the user does not know the menu is displayed on hover. If they click on the menu instead it will disappear. Click should have no effect when autoSubmitDisplay is set to true.
