p:dataExporter Turkish character problem

I m new to primefaces.

And i want to use p:dataExporter so i downloaded and put itext.jar into project.

When i create any pdf turkish characters like 'ş',"ü","ç","İ" are not shown in the document.

Should i use preProcess or postProcess functions and how?

try encoding CP1254 for dataexporter.
