dialog and internet explorer 9

modal="true" caused the dialogs to break in internet explorer 9 (the modal example in the showcase does not work either)

has anyone else encountered this issue, is there any known solution?

I think that you need jQuery 1.5.1 for IE9 and this will be supported in
PF 3.0. Assuming that you're using 2.2.1 at present this uses a jQuery
version that has known issues with IE9.

You could try working with a nightly build of 3.0?
