Theme jar included in download missing required classes

I've just purchased the Poseidon layout, and I believe there is an issue with the jar included in the download. If you look at the classes contained in the jar, there are only 2, and my layout doesn't work with this jar on the classpath. If I copy all of the source files contained in the "tag" directory that comes bundled in the download into my project source, the layout renders properly.

Am I missing something, or should I be including all of the source files in my project?

What is the error you are getting with jar? Menu does not get displayed?
