p-inputMask isn't work on Android OS.

I use PrimeNG for developping system that runs on Android.

When I use p-InputMask, it did't work properly, and didn't work properly in your demo page.

For example, When I input that '11-111111' at Basic of http://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/inputmask,
following notice is appeard
vendor.js:2 EXCEPTION: Cannot read property 'bind' of undefined

By Chrome(55.0.2883.87 m) at Windows7, that error was not appeared.
By Android emmulator in Chrome, and emulate galaxy s5, nexus, and real android machine(zen fone lazer), that error was appeared.
When I emulate ipad iphone, that error was not appeared.
And my real iphone6s can run properly.

And so. I resolved this problem and add pull request.
