done, toolbar splitButton broken

i found 2 Bugs on the toolbar

splitButtons broken on small window with

you can reproduce both on
http://www.primefaces.org/ultima-ng/#/panels (bottom)



1. The arrow down on the Splitbutton is on wrong position
2. "ui-toolbar-group-right" have no margin-top on "ui-toolbar-group-left "
