Unable to access the page

we download the ultima-react-9.0.0 after purchase the license. when we run the application we are unable to see the pages in required style and we noticed that, below folders are not available in the assets folder.

1. Layout
2. demo
3. theme
4. CSS

the above folders are used in the pages.ts file.

Kindly help us to set the application with proper styles.
