Change blue hover Backgroundcolor of SelectOneMenu

Hi,

i'm using PF Mobile Forms:
http://www.primefaces.org/showcase/mobile/forms.xhtml
and ich cant change the blue backgroundcolor of the hover effect of the SelectOneMenu Drop Down.
How can i change this color in another one?
