Is the PF showcase theme downloadable?

Hi folks,
the new theme for the PF showcase looks awesome!
Is there any chance to use it in my own PF projects?

I looked at the html code, and it looks like, that it is a modified aristo theme.

It is not a theme, just the design of showcase. But we plan to create a theme based on it in future just like we created home theme from primefaces.org
