Is there a theme for greater accessibility of can we easily create a custom one for large font?

RIO has quite big fonts.

A client of ours recently tested their government app against 508 and they were very happy with it. Just informed us about some points e.g. selectOneMenu with JAWS which we will take care soon.

But we constantly work on accessibility related to keyboard access and screen reader support.
