how to give stepHour a float instead of int int p:calendar

hi all

i want to give stepHour parameter in <p:calendar> a float instead of int
is it doable

i want to remove the min from the minutes slider from the calendar
and use only the hours slider
with the ability to choose time like this
1.30
2.30
2.00
1.00

just 00 min or 30 min
