Hi,
I am from United States, and I am attempting to buy a theme. I keep getting an error as below. I have tried two different cards, and i know both the cards are active.
Error processing credit card transaction. The value of this transaction has not been withdrawn from your card account.
Possible reasons:
- card is not active for secure online transactions;
- authorization data is invalid or incomplete;
- temporary error occurred while processing payment.
Recommendations:
Before the first online transaction using a credit card, please contact the issuing bank to make sure it is enabled for such operations.
Please try to set the 3D Secure password for the card used for the online payment, or try to complete the payment using a different card.
If you need more information about the password 3D Secure activation, please contact your card issuing bank in order to obtain the necessary details.
Additionally, in order to learn more about the security standard 3D Secure, please visit the section 'Security' from the 'FAQs buyers' on the site http://www.payu.com.tr.

Thank you we will ask the payment gateway. We will get back to you. Alternative is bank wire transfer if that is an option for you.

Still getting the same error.
Just FYI, looks like it is still processing as VisaMC, even though i select Amex.
