Sentinel Sidebar moves along with the page

Hi

I have gone through the Sentinel theme and willing to purchase the same. However, I noticed that the side menubar in this theme moves along with the content page. Can we fix this issue on purchase of this theme? Olympos has such side menubar.

Please guide. If it is possible to have side menu bar fixed like in Olympos, only then I will think of buying the Sentinel Theme.
