dashboard do not show all components

Hello,

I´ve got a problem with the apollo theme (maybe the problem is sitting infront my monitor...).

The theme was implemented to my webapp as described in the guidline of the apollo theme. The result is displayed in the following screenshot.

The topbar is not rendered with the stylesheet of the template/theme. Do you know similar problems? And of course a solution?
Until now, I was not able to find similar problems via google...

I´m using an enterprise application project of eclipse with the wildfly 10.

Do you have layout-*.css in your project?

Same can also be applied to layout itself;

-Choose a layout name such as layout-brown.
-Create an empty file named layout-brown.scss inside resources/apollo-layout/css folder.
-Import the _layout.scss and define a $primaryColor: variable.
-Build the scss to generate css
-Serve the css by importing it using a link tag or h:outputStylesheet.
