Change permanently theme color without changing code

I want to know if it is possible,

I have Modena theme and wish to know, is there a way to change the theme color with the Color Variation in the left corner menu, but make that change permanent?

I mean change the color with the menu option without entering on the template.xhtml code.

My business has different users, can I have a default color for each user?, they decide what color they want and that color stays for them until they decide to change.
