Accidental double purchase

I purchased the prime Omega theme and initially my card was declined because of security flag. I fixed that but I didn't realize that it would still go though so I ordered it again. Now I have 2 orders for the same theme. I tried to click on support from the store but it appears to be down. I need the recommended way to contact prime in order to get a refund of one of my orders.
