poseidon theme mistery classes

Just purchased poseidon theme. The poseidon-theme.jar has only the menu classes. Where are the other theme components? I can see the sources and classes in the war but is this the way should be?

Thanks for reply. I was referring at the component classes themselves which are not in the poseidon-theme-1.0.0.jar They are though in the poseidon-1.0.0.war in the WEB-INF/classes folder and I was questioning if this is intention for their usage?!?
