Theme Jar Incorrect Spelling for Grey Theme

This is a small bug. The theme jar has an incorrect spelling. Well it's actually correct spelling but it's inconsistent. Throughout the code the colour grey is spelt with the US spelling with an 'a' ...gray. But in the theme jar the grey theme is spelt 'primefaces-sapphire-grey' (Canada-UK spelling). The 'blue gray' theme is spelt consistently. This of course causes the grey theme to not work. Workaround is to change the theme name in the jar to 'primefaces-sapphire-gray'.
