Datatable Pagination Positioning

Is there a way to position the pagination elements so that the paging controls << 1 2 3 >> are on the far left and the "showing 10 of 100" and the drop down page size selector are on the far right?

I've looked at the documentation and I don't see anything specific.

You can also use Paginator component with its start and end templating if you wish.

Could you please give a quick example? Paginator start and end templating require some elements (ex buttons, icons etc.), it is not clear from your answer how to position the pagination element itself.
