Hi folks,

PrimeVue looks like a fantastic component library - I recently discovered it while looking for something to support a new Vue 3 project. I particularly like the fact that it's CSS framework agnostic - I don't like the idea of being tied to Material or Bootstrap (as with the other Vue UI libraries).

I'm loving Tailwind, and wondered if anyone here in the PrimeVue community has had any experience of integrating PrimeVue utilities with Tailwind CSS. It seems to me like it would be a fantastic combination of powerful pre-built modular utility components and clean, utility-based CSS classes.

For instance, are there opinions on whether it would be worthwhile to combine PrimeVue with https://tailwindui.com/componentsTailwind UI? It seems to me that there's a Venn diagram of features and UI paradigms, and I'd be interested to get opinions on what other people think.

Thanks in advance,

Next week, we'll release two new themes; Microsoft FluentUI and our own Soho. They are already available for PrimeNG this week;

There are plans for tailwind theme but not sure tailwindui is free so that could be an issue. We also have our own tailwind ui idea called PrimeBlocks based on PrimeFlex.

Thanks for the reply.

You're correct, Tailwind UI isn't free - it's the commercial product consisting of pre-built UI components, which exists to allow the team to develop the open-source Tailwind CSS project.

I'll keep an eye on this, thanks very much.
