PrimeVue Dropdown populate the selected option.

To make things a bit clearer , once user clicks to edit his profile the infos he submited up on registration are populated etc. first and last name , but i have this drop down section and i dont know how to populate the Dropdown component , :value wont work ofc , i tried few things from docs there optionValue , modelValue but i cant seem to get it working.

If anyone has a moment to check it out id appreciate it a lot , im coming from back end and im pretty new to vue .
