"stack" responsive layout on datatable doesn't show filter menu

When the responsive-layout is set to "stack" on datatable the filter and sorting menu disappear, I wonder if there's a way to bring it back

Showing the filter and sorting icon on "scroll" layout


Filter icon is now gone on the "stack" layout
