How to set a right-click event on a Listbox item

I need to set a right-click event on a Listbox option, not on option child.

If I use the "option" slot for templating, it adds an event for the child element of the option.
I have not found any examples of using the "content" or "loader" slot for template.
Can anyone give an example of using these slots? Thanks!
