InputNumber does not behave like InputText

Component InputNumber does not behave like InputText when used with watch.

When we have object's fields associated by v-model to the input fields, in InputText the watch is triggered as soon as a key is pressed, but in InpuNumber only when the field is exited is the watch triggered.
