Dropdown menu with custom content

Hi.

Is there a component such that;
I would like to use a dropdown element which is not a form dropdown. I will not give a prop of items. It will not show a list of items. I just want to design the dropdown panel as I wish. Like a mega menu which contains custom HTML.
