compatibility with hybrid anuglar anuglarJS app

Hi team we have a solution that is running on Angular9 & angularJS hybrid mode.
currently we are downgrading all the new angular9 components that we create and we use them in angularJS routes.
Can we use this theme in such hybrid mode?
are the components compatible and works the same once downgraded?

I'm not really sure, you may try the blueprint that our templates are based on;

The blueprint gives an idea of how the templates are implemented so you may review if it would be viable to use it as a hybrid.
