I am a beginning programmer who is studying Java in high school. I'm not very good, but I enjoy coding and want to improve. In this code, all I'm attempting to do is get rain particles to fall, but they won't. I'm also developing a top-down game for my A-level/college computer science project, and I'm attempting to incorporate rain. The game must be playable on any platform, therefore using external libraries is out of the question.
