nested dynaForm issue

OK do me a favor. Create a reproducible test case using this PF sample starter project.

Clone this repository https://github.com/primefaces/primefaces-test.git in order to reproduce your problem. You can just run it with "mvn clean jetty:run" and it will start and run on localhost:8080.

Once you have reproduced it submit the issue to our GitHub page here: https://github.com/primefaces-extension ... com/issues

@Rapster is the DynaForm expert he will be able to debug it.
