Styling pe:tooltip

I can't seem to style the tooltip component. It doesn't support 'style' or 'styleClass' attribute. I've even tried to use the primefaces selectors for tooltip but that wouldn't work either.

I'm trying to change the background and border colors of the tooltip component. I would appreciate some help with this.

Hi,

You don't need 'style' or 'styleClass'. If you look Firebug, pe:tooltip has CSS classes "ui-tooltip", "ui-tooltip-tip", "ui-tooltip-content", etc. You can overwrite these classes in your custom CSS file.
