Hi,

I'm testing our web project with new PF5.2 RC3. We are also using PF Extensions. I experienced problem wit PF5.2 and fluid grid extension:

Code: Select all

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.primefaces.expression.SearchExpressionFacade.resolveComponentsForClient(Ljavax/faces/context/FacesContext;Ljavax/faces/component/UIComponent;Ljava/lang/String;)Ljava/lang/String;
	at org.primefaces.extensions.component.fluidgrid.FluidGridRenderer.encodeScript(FluidGridRenderer.java:146)
	at org.primefaces.extensions.component.fluidgrid.FluidGridRenderer.encodeEnd(FluidGridRenderer.java:57)
	at javax.faces.component.UIComponentBase.encodeEnd(UIComponentBase.java:919)
	at org.primefaces.renderkit.CoreRenderer.renderChild(CoreRenderer.java:88)
	at org.primefaces.renderkit.CoreRenderer.renderChildren(CoreRenderer.java:71)
We use some own expression resolvers, so I know that we had to make changes in our Java code. Do you have a plan when will be PF extensions compatible with upcoming PF5.2?

Thank you in advance!

Trunk is already compatible with 5.2 so please checkout and test ;)
We will release ~2 weeks after 5.2 final.

Hi Thomas,

thanks for your information. I downloaded PF-extensions project and tried it successfully.
We usually download final .jar files from your repository. Therefore I tried to find there a version related to upcoming PF5.2. But it's OK for me to build it from your trunk.

Regards
Vít
