Prime ELITE and Pro

Exist one place where are the features of Prime Elit?,What are the diferences between the community and elit?, What are the new components, and elit is part of Prime Pro ?.

I'm interesting on buy the Elit license or Pro license, but i don't can find the place where are the features or new components.

Elite provides biweekly releases with some defects fixes and any new components few times.Where as community releases available for major releases.With PRO support you can get support within a day which includes(questions,fixes,new components etc)
