How to make the DynaForm's grid visible?

I would like to see the whole grid that is rendered in the DynaForm on as in the default <p:panelgrid> which means that all borders are supposed to be rendered.

I have tried to apply the ui-panelgrid class to the <pe:dynaForm> but this does not result in the desired behaviour.

In the DynaFormRenderer class I can see that the "ui-panelgrid" style class is taken into account when the renderer does its work. But unfortunately, I am still not able to see all borders in the rendered form. When using the default style class, it results in collapsed borders (as given in the primefaces-extensions.css).
