Is it possible to make the generated QRCode as downloadable

I've generated QRCode with the help of pe:qrCode. Now, I want to make this generated QRCode as downloadable / need to send the as pdf file.

Please let me know is anybody crossed the same situation. Kindly, Advise me.

QRCODE is based on this jquery plugin: https://github.com/jeromeetienne/jquery-qrcode

I don't see anything about printing to a PDF but since it can render as a IMG I assume you could write some simple iText PDF code to send that IMG to a PDF. But there is nothing out of the box that will do this for you. Sorry.
