timepicker with hour without calendar

Hi,

in primeface extension timepicker , when we click on "hour" region we will get one calendar which contains 0 to 23 hours, here for "hour" field i wanted the scrolling behaviour which is there for minutes. also i found that timeticker has only "intervalminute" ,no "interval hour" .

for both hour and minute field values should be changed by pressing button increment/decrement.

can anyone help me to achieve this behaviour?

See if you can use JSFiddle to make it do what you want outside of PrimeFaces. What you want may not even be possible with the component.
