https performance too slow for some js files

Hi All,
I am facing very poor performance when my application tries to load layout.js.xhtml or jquery.js.xhtml through https protocol.
Using http : the response is instant.
Using https: it takes 1 min in content download phase.
I have upgraded from 7.0.0 to 10.0.0 (currently on this one). Need help as soon as possible. This happens 3/10 times when i load a page. Please help.
Unable to attach image : using url : https://host:port/ /javax.faces.resource/layout/layout.js.xhtml?ln=primefaces-extensions&v=10.0.0&e=10.0.0 (GET method)
