App vs Pages? Documentation says something different

The docs say that Diamond is using the app directory and new app router in NextJS 13. However the download I have of Diamond only uses the pages directory and the older style routing. Is there an updated version somewhere?

App router which is the latest version has just been released. Please update your version to 10.0.0 and let us know.
