If a company wants to build a commercial travel platform (based on Prime(NG), PrimeFlex, both as UI framework) to show products and services that the user will book them and user will be charged, there is no need to choose the LTS license unless they do want the extended support?
On this case is possible use PrimeNG and PrimeFlex free of charge

Yes, both of them (PrimeNG and PrimeFlex) are open-source libraries.
