Update Tab View Panel from Dialog pop up

I am using TabView and dynamic ajax loading for each panel, this works great.

In a panel, I have an 'Add' button, that shows an overlay dialog to submit data to database, this also works great.

I need the newly submitted data to be refreshed in the specific tab panel, from where the 'Add' button was.

How to accomplish updating tab panel view from a separate dialog?
