onclick for the menuitem does not seem to work. Is this a bug or am I not doing something correctly? The documentation of menuitem doesnt have any examples. Here is an example of the behavior.

In my example the button works but the menuitem does not.


EDIT: This behavior only occurs when using PrimeElements, when using NON-PrimeElements it works

Sorry, PrimeElements will be removed in upcoming PrimeUI 5.0 as we'll create a new suite of true web components based on StencilJS or Polymer.

PrimeUI 5.0 still use Jquery as a base?
