Using PrimeUI with Primfaces

I want to use a PrimeUI tree within a Primfaces portlet deployed on Liferay. Is this possible and if so what if any thing would be different from how PrimeUI would normally be used? Does my Primefaces's installation provide any of the dependencies I need for PrimeUI?
