Galleria does not show me more than 21 thumbnail images while there are 40 images
on the other hand displays 40 images in slideshow.

an idea how to display all the images in the thumbnail list?

It will not show more than 21 thumbnails as it has the limit in the number of the thumbnails and the user or the developer has to know that. The main thing is that we need to make the modification on the subtext variable of that and then it will show.
