Split Button Dropdown issue on Toolbar

I noticed when you use the split button (orange save button) drop down, this causes a problem with the layout on the toolbar.

You can solve this by setting height as fixed to 38px for splitbutton component's State: Open variants.

We'll consider fixing on the next release.
