Changes made to Lara-light in PrimeOne not reflected in lara-light in Dark-PrimeOne

The title says it all, how do I sync the change's made in lara-light theme within the PrimeOne figma file to the lara-light theme in Dark-PrimeOne? I understand how the different token sets work relatively, i'm just not sure how to sync them across files. i.e PrimeOne and Dark-PrimeOne?

The tokens in the PrimeOne Light and Dark files are not designed to work together. We had to provide two separate files just to make it easier for you to switch themes with the Swap Library.

However, the best way to sync your tokens is by connecting to GitHub. We will be sharing best practices in the documentation for future versions. For now, you can examine https://docs.tokens.studio/sync/github
