Regarding Bar Chart values

Bar chart showing 1,120 and 1,34 and 1,45 like in this way showing on bar strip , but we need to show (name,value) example : (subject1,120) and (subject2,34) like this way ....
And How can we create ChartSeries objects Dynamically via for loop..
