1.What are the major difference between the two.
2.if i buy layout with theme does it mean my current project can be made to multiple device compatible without much of code changes.
3.can i design a new layout which will automatically gets adjusted to devices as i open the page from the device browser.
4.if i buy a license for a specific client project n develop n deploy at the clients system will it ask me to buy two license or i can just use the same. (Since i develop it in our system).
5.what is the time period that i get bug fixes or updates, like 1yrs or lifetime or n years.
6.once again does only the supplied layouts are multi device compatible or i can design/make changes to the layout.

2) It depends on your application, you need to migrate your template so it is a straightforward process.
3) Depends on your designer skills and experience in responsive design.
4) You need 1 license.

6) They are responsive so supports multi devices, you can change them for your own needs as well.
