Layout is not deformed. The problem here is the following. Some primefaces components do not have a responsive structure. Therefore, some components overflowing out. For now there is a one solution;
Please add following css code to end of your spark-layout.css file.
.layout-portlets-box{overflow-x:auto;}
We will fix it at next release.
And finally please open an issue at PF Forum pages. Thus, we have to inform the other users.
