Premium theme with opensource project

Hi,

I have a open-source project that uses JSF with Primefaces.

The basic license says that i can use this layout + theme for a non commercial project, but say nothing to projects that are distributed as open-source.

The question is: if i buy this theme + layout and use this in my project and upload the jar and all the resources to github without any problem?

Is there any discount or something special to open-source projects?
